Start to print
Add your photos Choose browse files or the + button in Photo library. On desktop, you can also drop image files into the library. Select a photo to edit it. Supported formats depend on your browser; JPG, PNG, and WEBP are good starting choices.
Crop and position Choose a Crop size . Drag the photo to pan; drag any of the eight frame handles to resize. The frame keeps the selected size’s proportions. Shift-drag moves the crop frame, with snapping near photo edges. Use the zoom slider, mouse wheel, or a two-finger pinch to zoom. The print preview updates as you edit.
Reset crop starts again at 100% zoom. If face detection is available, the program may initially center the crop on a detected face; you can still adjust it manually.
Choose a layout or add boxes Use Change layout for saved layouts, or Custom layout to build a sheet. In the preview, choose Add photo box , select a size from the shape drawer, and click or tap an open part of the paper. The placement outline shows the size; Occupied means the box would overlap another. Nearby edges snap together. Choose Done when finished.
Arrange and assign photos Click or tap a box to select it; Shift-click adds or removes boxes from the selection. Drag boxes to move them. Use a box’s rotate control to turn it 90°. Drag a library photo onto a print box to assign it, or select a library photo and use the box’s photo-assignment action.
Double-click a print box to crop that box independently. Double-click it again to finish. Editing another photo or box also commits the current box crop. For touch devices, the library crop editor remains available even when double-clicking is inconvenient.
Add a name tag Select one or more boxes, then choose Add name tag . Enter the name or caption, check the live print preview, and adjust Text style if needed. Choose Apply to save or Cancel to discard the draft. The same text and formatting apply to every selected box. Reopen the editor to change or remove an existing tag.
If the text will not fit, shorten it, reduce its font size, or use fewer lines. Tags use space inside the photo box; its total printed dimensions stay unchanged.
Copy or undo Select boxes and use Copy then Paste to duplicate their sizes, rotation, names, formatting, assigned photos, and crops. Copies use free printable space. If the selection cannot fit, nothing is pasted. Copying works within this app session, including between the preview and custom editor.
Use Undo to return to the previous supported edit. Crop drags and short zoom gestures are grouped into undo steps. The main workspace retains up to 40 steps; the custom editor has its own history. History is temporary and clears when photos are removed or replaced, or cloud settings are applied. Printing and sign-in cannot be undone.
Check the sheet Confirm the paper size and orientation below the preview. Use Sheet zoom to inspect details, Select area to zoom into a dragged area, and Fit to return to the fitted view. The rotate-paper control switches portrait and landscape. Check names, crops, box counts, and any outside-area warning.
Print at actual size Choose Print sheet . In the browser’s print dialog, select the matching paper size and orientation, use 100% / Actual size , and turn off scaling such as “Fit to page.” Disable browser headers and footers if shown. Review the print dialog before confirming.
Printable margins are estimates; your printer and browser determine the final output. Print one test sheet and measure a box before making multiple copies. The Print button needs at least one photo and a box inside the printable area. You can use Save as PDF when your print dialog offers it.
